The body has a natural love of relaxation, and when relaxed becomes the somatic base for strengthening, transforming, and healing of our Being on all levels - spiritual, physical, and emotional. This bodywork is supportive in developing the practice of presence in the body, and in cultivating a capacity to be intimately connected to oneself.

What does an "alive body" truly mean? The body, even with its constrictions from stress and pain, is a living vehicle for experiencing oneself as Essence. It is most easy to experience this when the body is relaxed, settled and content.
When we are vital in our body, we feel better than when we are dense, heavy and dull. Vitality doesn’t necessarily mean active or thrilled or even excited – although vitality may include these aspects. Rather, it can mean a certain kind of contact with whatever is present: A kind of breath-filled, sensation rich, “dialed-in state” to the absolute mysterious qualities of consciousness. It is a way to be present and in touch with ones true self. We need these bodies to know ourselves as this, for without the felt-sense of the body, such experiences can be missed.

"Dianne is the most exquisite healer I have ever met. Her penetrating touch and intuitive heart have carried me through muscle and ligament damage from a car accident, three pregnancies, and the tragic death of my young husband.
I have been to countless massage therapists and Dianne is, by far, the best.
Regardless of how detached I feel from my body from raising four children, or too much on my plate from work, I always walk away from Dianne a more centered being, and, consequently, a better mother, wife, and friend.
My gratitude to Dianne runs deeper than my words could ever express."-Hyla Molander Oliver, Writer, Photographer, Mother of 4
